The Burroughs entered the studio in Spring of 2014 to record and produce an EP comprised of four original songs. The album was recorded at the UNC recording studio in Greeley, Colorado. Engineered by Greg Heimbecker and Produced by Jim White, The Burroughs are extremely excited to announce the summer release of "The Burroughs EP".

The Burroughs EP features four original compositions written and arranged by all members of The Burroughs. Track one, Anna, is an upbeat love song written with a swing backbone and powerful yet catchy horn lines and lyrics. Love My Baby, track two on the album, is set in the style of a love song that would play in the background of a 1950's diner. Track three, Tighter, is the pseudo ballad of the album, providing a thick back-beat and loud and powerful horn licks. The whole track comes to fruition during a powerful trumpet solo by Jordan Skomal. Track four, Dance Now, is just that; a tune created to make you dance. Up beat and exciting, pop horn lines and a thick and groovy rhythm section makes this tune the perfect closer.

The Burroughs pride themselves on energy and excitement and have captured just that in their debut four track self titled EP.
